Welcome to RG Photography

Do you remember back in the day when your parents gave you a view master? Remember....those chunky red toys that looked like binoculars with a shutter so that you could take 'photos'? When my mum gave me a set I fell in love with the idea of taking photographs. I later progressed to a 'real' camera - a good old kodak with film. Ever since I have been taking photos everywhere I go.

I love landscape photography, especially vistas with blue sky, sunshine, beaches and rippling waves. More recently I've also become interested in portrait photography and aim to emulate the dramatic style of Nadar, the early pioneer of photography. I aim for my portraits to be like his iconic images of old, but with a unique style that makes them modern and unique. Have a look through this portfolio and find out for youself...
